Natalie J Hannan
Dr. Natalie Hannan is an NHMRC Research Fellow in the Translational Obstetrics Group (University of Melbourne). Dr. Hannan’s research aims to better understand human embryo implantation and pregnancy complications with a clear focus on translation. More recently her research has focused on identifying novel treatments for the severe pregnancy complication, preeclampsia. Her research has been recognised through the award of a number of competitive grants as CIA, totalling $960K including a NHMRC Early Career Fellowship (2010), a NHMRC New Investigator Grant (2014) and over 25 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Hannan trained in the Frontiers in Reproduction course (USA; 2007) and was awarded a Young Tall Poppy (2010) and Fresh Science Award (2006).
