Sarah L Rea
Dr Sarah Rea completed her undergraduate degrees at Murdoch University and was awarded her PhD at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2010, for her investigation of the functional impact of SQSTM1/p62 mutations that are associated with Paget’s disease of bone. In 2011 she received a Raine Medical Research Foundation Priming Grant and in 2013 an Alzheimer’s Australia Post-doctoral Research Fellowship. Currently, Dr Rea is a National Health and Medical Research and Australian Research Council Dementia Research Fellow. She is Team Leader of the ALS, Dementia and PDB functional genomics group at Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
